Hotel Milano has adopted all the necessary procedures to guarantee you a stay in safety, health and tranquility.
1. Check-in:
- We have Plexiglass panelson the reception counter to respect the distance;
- Our staff will wear ffp2 masks during the check-in and check-out procedures;
- Customers are required to wear the mask. The hotel will provide disposable gloves and make hand sanitizing gel available to guests.
2. Breakfast:
- We have changed the position of our tables to respect the distance;
- Upon arrival in the breakfast room it is mandatory to use a mask and gloves / hand gel;
- The breakfast room as all the common areas are sanitized with RELY + ON VIRKON products (covid 19 certificate).
3. Room cleaning:
- We have adopted all the safety protocols for cleaning the rooms;
- at the departure of each guest, the room is sanitized with certified products.
